It's purely reaction. It takes severe injury to have something my body can't handle. Or having not fed recently can slow things down. Which is me sharing a lot, but I think most here know how to kill me at this point. Anything from bruises to short of heart damage and removing the head will really heal itself.
That could be dangerous. My reflexes are dangerous these days.
