I know it doesn't work for everyone, but it's what I recommend. Some see it as accepting their fate here, and maybe it is. But maybe it's making sure we get some of it on our own terms as well.

I don't know what the building was before me, but we've taken up a lot of the space. I'm the fourth director that I've known, each of us leaving it to someone else in case we vanish. We try and be full service, though most of what we see is damage from the things this place does to us.
