[Kyle knows he's skirting the question. More than that, he's sure that Bruce knows as well but he'd rather he make assumptions than for Kyle to lie to him outright.

In the end, Tim has been someone important to him and maybe he will be again but Kyle is also not making any assumptions. Unless the city interfered, they would just go on as they are and see what happens.

We probably should do tighter inventory but we don't. I make sure supplies are kept on hand but I know that many who work here help others as well. So take what you need, though if it's from the potions I just ask you let me know, if you even try using them. They're harder to come by.
