[ nick's isn't too close to the house, but when he gets kyle's reply he grins and quickly turns to head out further. he knows that it won't take kyle that long to find him, really, but it's the fun of the game.

shoes off, half jogging through the sand, nick casts a look over his shoulder quickly before speeding up, calling out loudly. kyle will definitely be able to hear him, after all. ]

[ He's trying not to use the abilities he has to find him. Not that he can entirely shut out all of his senses but doing the best he can to play... sort of fair.

Because when he hears Nick, he can't help himself. Grinning at how Nick's playing, finding something lighthearted in it that they both need right now.

So he speeds up, zooming past him and coming to stop several yards down the beach, facing him. ]
