I've used lightning for stop, since it's literally a safe concept for me. Maybe still for slow down? Sort of a long story but I have to meditate to tap into the Still Force back home. It's sort of the opposite of the Speed Force.

I like that idea. I'm all for taking charge and using you for my enjoyment, but it will always be you who is in control on if things proceed or not.
