Contract and Renewal

• This contract is being entered into freely and willing by all parties by mutual agreement of all.
• Said contract will run for three months at which time all parties involved will decide if they wish to continue for another three months.

Permission

• The Dominant allows for the submissives to make all of their own purchases without needing the Dominant there with them and will carry signed papers with this permission.
• All submissives under this contract are free to travel between the Up and Down on the letter they carry.
• Submissives under this contract are free to engage in any employment they so choose and are allowed to keep their own wages to be spend as they see fit as well as contributing to the household bills and maintenance.

Household

• Household finances (excluding personal expenditures) shall be shared among all parties. The Dominant agrees that he will ensure though that all financial needs of the submissive(s) are met as needed if employment is not possible, as needed, as well as that all fines and citations that may be incurred.
• All parties accept responsibility for keeping the house and will do their best to maintain the house for all.
• The Dominant will ensure that any residence is maintained for all parties, including separate rooms and allowing them any privacy that they may need within the home. All rooms are private property and will not be entered into without permission.
• All parties are more than welcome to have company at the house, as well as to stay over at the homes of others as wanted by either the Dominant or the submissive(s). If engaging in intimate activities in the public areas, please try and inform all housemates.

Quotas

• Fulfilling quota is not a requirement to any contracts with the dominant, nor expected.
  If quota needs to be filled for any partners within the contracts, the dominant offers to be there for his submissive(s) as needed/wanted.
• If any party is in danger of not fulfilling quota, dominant or submissive, they are to make it clear to the other members of the contracting party to ensure the safety and protection of all parties from punishment.
• Sex is not exclusive to the parties of this contract and any parties are free to enter into any sexual situations as they see fit either within the household or outside of it.

Punishment and Citations

• Any violations of the contract will be handled in house by the Dominant and his submissives.
• Any public punishments should be handled by the Dominant unless requested by the submissives.
• The Dominant stands by the financial responsibility of his submissives, including any debts or citations they may incur though he trusts in their responsibility to do their best to help with all debts they incur.
• Any punishments to be meted out will be decided upon by the Dominant and he does request that the city guards (SIN) do allow said Dominant to make those determinations and punishments.

Contingency

• Should the Dominant leave Duplicity for any reasons, the following events shall take place:
• Said submissives shall retain any private residences until such a time as they recontract and may choose then to stay or sell as they see fit.
• Said submissives will retain control of the household account for their own personal needs. All household items shall be retained by said submissives and split equally between them.
