First of all, there is no fee for it. This is a service Haven provides to help out those that the city would leave to their own devices.

( it's midday on the 24th--and whether kyle had left for a few moments or a few hours, when he returns home, he'll find a simple black box sitting on the kitchen counter, and inside that box on top of red tissue paper, a ring. the outside of the ring is simple, looks almost unfinished if the edges weren't completely smoothed out. on the inside is a thin ring of blue, and carved under it is a small sun, and through the ring of blue covering the surface on the inside of the ring are several intersecting lines--some that end by going out over the edge of the ring, others that curve at the end to continue through zirconium. at the point furthest away from the sun, they end just below the blue line--curving to create a waning crescent moon. on two points furthest away from the sun and the moon the lines intersect into an almost star.

Without bragging, very good. Top of my class, could have gone anywhere after graduation. I have experience in a planned hospital setting as well as emergency surgery as needed.
